Retail Jewelry Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions are applicable to retail purchases of jewelry on this site. If you are looking for Wholesale policies, please fill out an account application or login to your wholesale account.


We accept payment via Paypal, which also provides a direct check out option if you do not have a Paypal account. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex. Orders are processed when payment is received.


We ship from Vancouver, BC Canada via Canada Post. If orders need to be delivered overnight, we ship via Fedex.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, please shipping the package back to us within 30 days after original ship date. We will not accept returns or exchanges if the package is shipped back to us 30 days after original ship date.

Damaged & Lost Packages:

If you received your item damaged, please keep everything in its original packaging and send it back to us to our return address. We will compensate for shipping costs sending the package back and will send you a replacement, free of charge.

If you have not received your package yet and believe your package is lost, please contact us and we will advise on how to proceed.
